Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We arrived in the evening traveling with kids. Checked in. No luggage carts around anywhere, asked at the desk, she said they must be all in use. Had to carry all our stuff in multiple trips. Got to the room on the 3rd floor all the way to the end away from the elevator (mind you there were only a handful of people staying in the hotel). Room was freezing cold, no heat on in the room. No bedding for pullout couch. Went back down to the front desk to ask about why the heat wasn't on in room and for the bedding. Front desk person had no idea about the room being cold, gave me bedding and an extra blanket. Room took till around 3am to finally warm up. Carpets were dirty, mold around tub in bathroom. Our room door had a gap in it and you could see into the hallway. The door next to ours outside was open all night, strange. Breakfast was average, but no coffee and no handle on the food server for hot foods so you had to touch the hot lid to open it. Chairs in dining area were all torn apart and need replacing. Overall we would not stay here again. Quite disappointing because based on other reviews you would think this place was amazing, but I assure you it was not.
