It was by far the worst hotel i’ve stayed in. Very dirty, smelt bad, pool closed, elevator was broke. stale food for breakfast, no creamer or milk for coffee. Halls smelt like urine and cigarettes. Didn’t sleep well at all, such a horrible waste of money.

The reviews are not kidding, the room had plenty of hair on the floor and some on the bed. The smoke alarm also went off 3 times within 24 hours of being there and when firefighters arrived they told my friend and I "something always happens here." I highly recommend staying elsewhere. I was charged the $50 fee in case any room damages happened on 9/8/25. My stay was until 9/12/25, and when I was not refunded (no damage was done to the room) I called on 9/16. They said to give it a few business days. I called yesterday, 10/8, and they had to go because of customers and did not call back like they said they would. The same thing happened when calling today, except he hung up while I was asking him to confirm he would call back. So this trip from a month ago is causing me to start a dispute with my credit card to get my money because they will not help me. This motel is not worth this hassle, stay literally anywhere else.

Very dirty...put in the wrong room when trying to get back to our room that evening there was somone else in it. Front staff very rude tried to make the mistake of the rooms my fault. Thank god i didnt leave my stuff in the room that they initially gave us because they gave the room to someone else. Said we could pay our deposit in cash and get it back.The next morning, thank god, I did not do that because when I went down the next morning there was a note that says leave your key card.

The room was not very clean. The toilet seat was not bolted down. The man at the desk said he called the plumber but no one showed up. The restrooms in the pool area were disgusting. There were construction workers staying there and they were very noisy. I will not stay there again.

Not a great choice

Check in was very long even though checked in and prepaid online. Also tried to make a copy of my driver's license which is not acceptable. Parking is poor. The facility has had updates but still not very clean and a bit smelly. Is a partial smoking facility which may lead to some of the odor issues.

Polk was lovely, breakfast was frozen waffles and frozen French toast stick, there were two types of cereal. They did have coffee if you like coffee and some vice canes and oatmeal cream pies….. bathroom was small.my room key kept giving me trouble. Overall I would find something docent and better next time.

Mold, stains on sheets and beds, cigarette holes, smelled disgusting, ac was on in entire building but didn’t work, employee picking nose, swears on signs, chlorine on top of smelling like cigarettes hit you as soon as you walk in. The pool water looked thick, elevator was bouncing while the door was closing, my daughter had a nose bleed out of both nostrils as soon as we left the building. No we did not stay we requested a refund because it was horrible!

Never again

We were traveling for business and didn't plan to spend much tome in the room. We chose this place based on price. It took about 20 minutes to check in even though I reserved on the app. There were 3 of us in our party and they only gave us towels for 2 people. The first night we listened to a child run back and forth in the room above us. I asked the manager to do something and he told me to call the police on them..?? We didn't do that. Later that evening I killed a roach that ran across my bed. The exterior entrance didn't lock so anyone could walk in the building at anytime The carpet in the halls was really stained and discolored. Breakfast did not have many options and they want you to eat in the cafeteria only. Also there are no coffee makers in the room.

The people that I saw while there were friendly and everything worked out ok. I left early in the morning and the lobby was locked up so I couldn't officially check out but it was comfortable. The only thing that I wished is that I could have plugged in my electric car to get a charge but it was a priority for this stay.

Guy working the front desk at check-in time was nice. But property was not well maintained. Elevator was scary. It shook and felt like it was going to break down. I get that I was in a smoking room, which wasn't my top choice, but the whole floor with smoking rooms absolutely reeked. You could still put some deodorizers or something so it wouldn't smell so bad. Didn't try pool. Carpet looked old and dirty. Overall a pretty poorly operated motel.
