Good Stuff: Service staff is terrific; Shout out to (i) Erik, in Guest Services, who gave me a free hydrotherapy circuit, & (ii) Concierge Karen who booked it for me - it was awesome. & Gerardo in the Spa was fantastic (I have named him my Guru-de-Agua)!!! Shout out to Juan from Butchers for making me an "allergy card" & finding me the next day to ensure that I'd be safe for dining anywhere on property; All bartenders are super, but the bartenders at Marimba at fabulous! The dancers work hard at a lot of outlets - so much respect for their commitment!
Not-So-Good Stuff: Horrible, so uncomfortable, body aching, mattresses & pillows; Food in restaurants is woefully underseasoned; & I did not appreciate being told by the other Concierge guys (fantastic Karen was not working that day) that my "welcome gift" was a 90-minute presentation followed by a raffle for the opportunity to earn a week - I paid full price, there was no kind of "good deal" on my pricing that justifies this kind of commitment/ask - this is not a "gift" in any way - it really will really make me think twice about staying here again. Fortunately, the other concierge, Karen, & additional staff made all the difference!
