I’ve been to many resorts and this was by far the most amazing property! The food and choices are great! There are so many trails, pools, and things to do. It is a very large and spread out property so if you’re looking for everything in a small area this isn’t the place for you. We loved that there was so many different areas. Only down fall is the beach. It’s a small sand beach surrounded by rocks. There was a lot of sea grass on the beach as well. BUT! It was still a nice beach with good snorkeling right off the beach! Highly recommend!

This was our eighth time in the Mayan Riviera and we had a fantastic visit. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Everyone was always happy to help and made you feel valued. We enjoyed the a la carte dinners each night. The Tonino restaurant was our favourite. Our room was a junior deluxe room. We had booked an ocean view room here on Expedia but unfortunately when we got to the resort they had no record of it and none of our receipts or confirmations from Expedia indicated the ocean view choice. Thankfully, we didn’t pay an exorbitant amount for the ocean view option. The room itself had a couple of cracked tiles, but overall quite clean and quite spacious. Overall, we were quite happy and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This is an older resort and many of the amenities are due for an update. The gym was terrible. The equipment was all rusted and broken. The sliding doors in the rooms were stuck, the drying lines on the balcony were all corroded. The food at the buffet was very mediocre and usually cold. On the whole, just okay.

We recently enjoyed our second stay at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, and once again, it was an unforgettable experience. Our family, including our grandkids, felt warmly welcomed and well cared for throughout our February 2025 visit. A special thanks to Marlene, Erik and Edgar from Guest Services, who went above and beyond their duties to ensure our stay was memorable. Ana Sofia, Diana, and Angie at the front desk provided exceptional service, making every interaction pleasant and efficient. The dining options were fantastic, with Aida's daily reviews of the food places guiding us to some amazing meals. Chef Arturo at the Casa Alma seafood restaurant wowed us with his five-star dishes, and Carlos's service was truly outstanding. We loved our previous visit, but our recent stay was even better. We can't wait to return to Grand Sirenis!

We loved our stay at this resort and will be back! The staff are fantastic....always friendly and willing to help. The buffet each day was fantastic, soooooo many delicious options. Fornthe ala cart restaurants, we tried tje Japanese, the steak hoise and the peruvian. The peruvian was my absolute fav! Also, because we booked through Expedia we got a 3 pack of metal straws as a welcome gift, a free hydrotherapy session and a special dinner at Casa Loma, which was also delicious.

We went with our family as a group of 3 couples and had an amazing time. The staff, especially the Expedia guest services team, went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth trip. Karen and Erik were both incredibly helpful and always checking in on us. Edgar always showed up when we needed him and helped us rearrange our dinner reservations last minute. The grounds of the resort are gorgeous, with an emphasis on nature and environmentalism. The food was delicious with great variety. Overall, the staff were patient, kind, and hard working. All of us agree that we would definitely come back again!

We loved Grand Sirenis! We travelled with a party of 7, in age from 7 to 72 and we all enjoyed it! We’ve collectively been to 15 other resorts through Mexico and the Caribbean and this resort has the number 1 spot for all of us! Great beach, warm ocean swimming and snorkeling, lots of pool options, wildlife was amazing, food was great, so much more! We loved it all!! My husband and I will absolutely be returning with no children to experience the resort with no kids and spend more time doing some adult activities that the resort offers (like kayaking and disco, for example). 10/10. Could not have been better.

This resort is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet food was good and the themed restaurants were great. The rooms need maintenance as shower doors were missing seals so the bathrooms flooded. Air conditioner in one room was very noisy and sounded like it needed servicing. The handle on one balcony door was taped on. The elevator in our building was out of order so had to use stairs with a cane. Transportation around the resort was more miss than hit. Our building was 1 1/2 km from the resort centre where the buffet and restaurants were. Although there is a shuttle that went by our building it stopped running at 3pm so very difficult to get to the restaurants. The spa is on the outside of the property and also requires a shuttle to access. Got to the spa but could not back when the spa session ended at 4pm. Requested a shuttle and waited more than an hour.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The grounds are beautiful and the staff:service was excellent. The air conditioning was an issue which was partially resolved, though not cool enough for my preference. Erik took great care of me to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

Overall, we had a lovely time at the resort. It is a huge property with plenty of activity options, pools and beaches! The staff were great! The resort upcharges for room service, unless you want a hot dog or ham sandwich between 11a-11p. That was disappointing. Please also note they are undergoing renovations in some of the rooms. When we checked in the first night, the toilet plumbing was not working at all in our room, but they moved us to another room in a timely manner.

Had an ant issue that never got resolved and also the air conditioning never got the room to be cool. That could use some upgrade work. Other than those things, we loved our stay very much

We loved everything about our trip!!!! The service to start right from the front desk, to all the waiting staff - Marcelino at the Park, The Good Bar- Angelica and of course Roberto and Fernando (the concierge). All of these staff made our trip extra special. They work hard and should have recognition. We will be back next year
