Room was very nice but someone must have forgotten to restock towels. Had 2 bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. I have to say, the Desk attendant was very pleasant and willing to provide the required items. Overall good service.

Th e front staff was amazing the only issue was cleanliness of the room which I feel is always the case as I know its hard to double check your house keeping. There was a chicken wing next to the AC unit, a hair tie hanging on the shower turn on/off knob, hair on the walls of the shower, hair in the bathroom floor,which means they didn't really clean it after the last gust. That to me is just not OK. I have to say beside the staff I use pretty upset with the cleanliness of the room. How do yiu not see the chicken wing of the floor?
