Otelden içeri adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren muazzam bir atmosferle karşılaştık. Beklentilerimizin çok ötesinde bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Yemekler sadece çeşitlilik olarak değil, kalite ve lezzet açısından da harikaydı; her öğün taze, özenle hazırlanmış ve her damak zevkine hitap eden seçeneklerle doluydu. Çalışanların istisnasız hepsi son derece nazik, saygılı ve enerjikti. Resepsiyon ekibi girişten çıkışa kadar çok ilgiliydi, her türlü talebimize anında ve çözüm odaklı geri dönüş yaptılar. Spa bölümü tesisin kesinlikle en güçlü yanlarından biri. Ortamın hijyeni ve dinlendiriciliği tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Tayland’dan gelen özel masörler işlerinin ehli ve çok profesyoneller. Spa operasyonuyla ilgilenen Ahmet Bey bizimle çok yakından ilgilendi ve mükemmel bir hizmet almamızı sağladı. Animasyon ekibi tatilimize büyük bir renk kattı. Gün boyu süren etkinliklerdeki enerjileri ve akşam şovlarındaki samimiyetleri insanı hiç sıkmadan eğlencenin içine çekiyor. Tüm bu kusursuz işleyişten, otel sahibinin tesisi ne kadar titizlikle yönettiği ve personelini ne kadar özenle seçtiği net bir şekilde anlaşılıyor. Alanya'da tatil planlayanlar için hiç düşünmeden tercih edilebilecek harika bir tesis. Bölgeye tekrar geldiğimde kalacağım yer kesinlikle burasıdır.
