The room itself was great. The problem was checking in. I waited for 20-30 minutes at the desk. The clerk had abandoned his post. When he did come back he was rude and a little bit off. It took a few second to realize he was avoiding eye contact because he was high as hell. I don't care what people do in their personal life, but you can't work in that state. He wasn't dressed professional either. He had very large gage earrings. The kind you can put your finger through and he was dressed like he works at Hot Topic. If you told me some stoner skater snuck in and was pretending to work for the hotel I would believe you.

Not spotless but clean. The staff on registering was like warm. There wasn’t even a box of tissue in the room. Very minimal furnishing but had been newly renovated. The beds were so comfortable. I enjoyed my sleep. It was a good stay.

My rsvp was for a non-smoking room. I did not know the hotel had smoking rooms. I was put into a smoking room and wasn't notified before. Checking in. As non-smokers all of my clothes now smell like smoke and it kicked up my daughters allergies. Now I have to pay to wash my clothes and also pay to get allergy meds. My rsvp could've been cancelled and I would have found a non-smoking hotel.

Horrible experience. We were denied room with valid online booking because my wife forgot her wallet and a physical ID (we had a picture of the ID). Two IDs were produced. Idiotic management and unhelpful and incompetent staff.
