Also on this floor, 1 bedroom features a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC. This room also benefits from its own exit to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a small dining table, and opens onto the same living area. On the lower ground floor, 1 additional bedroom features a double bed with the same configuration of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, served by a shower and WC. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms on this level.
