Very Special Modern 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Penthouse Apartment with Huge Terrace

The penthouse itself has two bedrooms, one double bedroom with aircon plus an en-suite bathroom, there is another bedroom with twin beds overlooking the pool, with a ceiling fan, there is smaller bathroom just outside the twin room, both bedrooms have lots of storage space available and all the bedding and towels are included.

The kitchen comes complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and oven, along with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle for those home comforts, also all the plates, cups, glasses bowls, cooking dishes, pots and pans, plus utensils, it has a lovely outlook from the window.

The living room has aircon plus a ceiling fan, a sofa bed which is very cosy, the space is clutter free, it has a smart TV and a fold away dining table, with stackable cushioned stalls. there are two double French doors, one to the side and one to the front both lead onto the large terrace.with beautiful views of the outside space.

The private terrace area really is the talking point of the whole apartment, there are two huge sunny terrace areas, one directly outside the French doors from the living room, which has the outside dining area which is undercover should it rain or you need some shade, along with a cushioned area for sitting in the shade, there is plenty of room for soaking up the rays, or just simply chilling, reading your book or drinking a glass of wine.

The upstairs terrace accessible by the spiral staircase has stunning panoramic views of the hills and the sea, and is the perfect suntrap for sun worshippers.

Our apartment is one of 46 apartments within a small gated and secure complex Serena Mar 1, which shares a lovely big pool (23x10m) with a smaller children’s pool next to it, which is surrounded by beautiful gardens, this is all maintained regularly by Carlo, it also has a private parking space for your use, or you can park free of charge outside of the apartment.

The apartment is a very short 2 minute walk to the supermarket and Romana beach which is one of five Blue Flag beaches in Alcossebre, the apartment is situated just on the outskirts of town, with a few bars/restaurants by the beach, however the main town is only a short 15 minute relaxing stroll along the sea and the wooden walkway, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, there are a few bars and resturants to stop at on route, there are also plenty of climbing frames and children’s play areas along the beach, you will also find a great children's play area in the main town, which also holds regular children's puppet shows, so there’s something for everyone.

Beyond the main town, if you keep walking straight you will see little market stalls along the sea line selling holiday jewellery and bits and bobs, if you keep walking you will come to the marina with more bars and restaurants and Las Fuentes Beach which has a beach bar open until midnight, children's trampolines etc..
Alcossesbre itself is a very quiet Spanish village, you will not find any rowdy bars or late night clubs here, just nice relaxed chilled vibes.

Las Fuentes is a bit more lively with bars open past midnight, but this area is a good 40 minute walk away from the apartment, so you will not get disturbed at night by any loud noise.

Alcossebre transforms during the Summer holidays, where it is full of young families and couples with the hustle and bustle of any costal holiday destination, out of these times, Alcossebre returns back to being an extremely quiet town, so would make the perfect destination for people who would like to just relax and unwind by doing as little as possible.

Alcossebre is without doubt one of Spain’s best kept secrets.
