I got sick, i.e. fever came back. I asked to cancel. Was told there's nothing they can do. Its not like they were at 100% capacity. There were 4 rooms available when i booked and I tried to cancel after less than 24 hours. They chose my money over my satisfaction, so that's what they'll get. That's like how reviews work. Reviews only work if they're an honest screenshot into customer experience. (Even though i didn't stay the night, i'm still calling myself a customer, because as I already said, they are keeping my money.) Sorry you guys.

Yes. No shower cap in room. Pool area did not open until 10:00am. Smoke alarm went off loudly at 3am. Reception said they were working on electrical. Room facing road was too bright. Shades brought in too much lights from moving cars and snow
