The apartment features a bright, inviting living room—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach—a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, two cozy bedrooms with storage space, and a functional, well-maintained bathroom. There is also a private balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the evening outdoors.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Access to the building and courtyard is shared with other residents.



The location is one of its main highlights: you can do almost everything on foot, with restaurants, a supermarket, and a market just 3 minutes away. The ferry to Lisbon is about 7 minutes away, making it easy to combine beach days with city visits.



Check-in is done in person, and all instructions will be provided in advance for a smooth arrival.



As it is a coastal area, there may be more activity during peak season. The apartment is child-friendly and ideal for families. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours and the neighbors. Check-in and check-out times should be followed unless agreed otherwise. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the apartment. Upon request, late check-out or additional cleaning services may be available for an extra fee.
