You will find a spacious living area, decorated with cute elements and furniture that in combination with the amazing view create an overwhelming feeling of relaxation! In addition, the room features big glass windows and doors that let ample sunlight come in, light up the space, and fill your batteries with energy for even greater holidays!



In the living room area, you will find a big comfortable sofa bed, a Flat-screen TV and a fireplace. Right next to it, you will find the kitchen, which has everything you need! A full-size stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, cookware, tableware, utensils, washing machine, and even a dishwasher because let us be honest, who wants to do the dishes when they are on holiday!



In the main bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed with a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a split unit air conditioner and a large window with a mesmerizing view!



The second bedroom has split unit air conditioning and a wardrobe! It features two single beds that you can put together and has its own en-suite bathroom.



As you step outside through the living room door, you will find yourselves on the large covered veranda, which features a big charcoal BBQ and with a view of the pool area and the sea. In the pool area will find the beautiful and well-maintained garden, your own private infinity pool, and comfortable outdoor furniture that create the perfect conditions for you to bask in the sun and get the tanning that you desire!

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.



THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.



PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!



EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS

• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.



• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.



• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair



• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.





FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.



FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.



FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.



ELECTRICITY

IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:



* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.

* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.

* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.

* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.

* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.





If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
