The resort was absolutely beautiful. They do a great job of keeping it clean. I stayed in the off-season, so the vibe was really chill. I believe it had things for people of all ages and great for families. The tram was down but that's due to the season (so that couldn't be helped). The pool and fitness center were open and were great. The nordic spa was open as well, and although I didn't get a chance to use it, I did see a lot of people utilize it (and it seemed amazing). I think I would've given it a 5/5 if the customer service was better. The people I encountered working in the restaurants were great- friendly and helpful. But some of the people working at the front desk were not great. The said they would call me when my room was ready, they forgot. After checking in, one of the guys at the front gave off judgmental glares and had this attitude of giving the bare minimum to want to help or answer any questions I (or others) may have had. My last gripe is with the appearance of their staff. Some of them looked like they didn't want to be there or didn't care about how they represented the hotel. If you are going to be labeled as a "luxury hotel", I believe your personnel should reflect that in how they present themselves and how they interact with customers. Overall, I think they price reflected the quality of the hotel. I would stay here again.

I was charged for pizza that someone else ordered with my room number. My room service order took twice as long because they sent it to the wrong room. Also, there was a group of kids the entire weekend, running up and down the hallways loud. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyeska! We visited in October, and even during the off-peak season, there is plenty to enjoy. The spa is not to be missed!! The series of pools and stream rooms were incredible. Don’t miss the circuit of various hot tubs and saunas in the woods! Plan to stay the day in the spa to enjoy dinner, drinks, massages, and more. Our room in the hotel was well-appointed, the selection of restaurants was great, and the bar area was a lovely place to hang in the evening on the weekend. You won’t regret this stay!!
