Check in was seamless, and the lobby area was neat and orderly. When I got ready to shower that evening, I found the shower to be full of hair and not clean. The towel had hair on it as well. Thankfully, I brought cleaning supplies and towels, but I would have been left without recourse. See picture below. I never saw or heard from housekeeping.
