NEWLY RENOVATED! Going Coastal is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home located on the north end of Anna Maria Island. This ground level canal front home has everything you need to make this your best Anna Maria Island vacation ever. This home offers a private heated pool overlooking the mangroves and canal, private boat deck, spacious screened lanai and so much more. Not to mention its incredible location. It's just a short walk away from the Bayfront Park and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Inside you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home to prepare a full meal or quick snack. After a long day in the sun, you can relax in the living room (with a sleeper sofa) and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Off the living room, you will find the screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features a king-size bed and flat screen TV.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely perfect for fishing in the back and a super quick walk to the beach. We loved having the pool and grill. House was very clean and cute, we would stay here again.

Highly Recommended!

Our quick trip was amazing, the house was super clean, had everything we needed, bed was amazingly comfy. We saw manatees every single evening during cocktail hour on the dock! Seabreeze agents were awesome, communication was top notch. I would highly recommend renting from this rental company. We will most certainly stay at this house again!

Wonderful property!

Fishing off the pier in the back, a pool and a couple of blocks from the beach. This property has it all, it was a wonderful experience.

Great AMI get away

Been to the island a few times and this was one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed in! Loved fishing off the dock and walking to the beach for a quick dip. Pool was the perfect size for two people and neighborhood was quiet and clean. Would stay here again

Relaxing Retreat at Going Coastal

Had a wonderful stay at Going Costal. The home is in a quiet residential area on the relaxing end of the island, We had coffee every morning on the dock looking for our daily visit from the resident manatee.It was great to unwind after a day at the beach and watch all the florida nature out your window in this comfortable home.

Going Coastal

Pefect 2 king bedroom, 2 bath house with a pool on a canal. The house was well stocked with supplies and amenities including beach needed items. The beach is a very short walk along w/nearby shops and eateries. Communication w/rental agency was outstanding, highly recommend.

Beautiful vacation accommodation

This vacation was one of the BEST vacations we've had in a very long time. The house was perfect for our needs. The backyard area is so peaceful and the living room view/window makes the whole house worth it. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of nice beach chairs and toys. Short walk to a great beach access. Close enough you can walk back for lunch and back for sunsets. Great location to Pine Ave. SeaBreeze went above and beyond for us. They were THE best rental company to deal with.

Amazing place!

Place was well represented by the photos in the listing. It's a quaint, older residence that is well maintained. Location is incredible…tucked away for privacy, steps from the beach and the dock on the canal is great for fishing. Had all the beach amenities from umbrellas to chairs ready for use. Pool is small and a little too warm for my taste but it serves its purpose and was a welcome feature. I found the management company super responsive and excellent to work with. I'd definitely look into staying here again on a return trip.

Beautifully remodeled cottage

Going Coastal is a beautifully remodeled cottage on a canal with a dock. We rented a boat, and being able to access the open water provided a whole new vacation experience for us. The sunsets on the Gulf are second-to-none, and Going Coastal is less than 300 steps to AMI's stunning blue water and white sand beaches. (We counted!) We loved the location on the north end of the island. It's close to Pine Avenue, and we walked to all the restaurants and shops in the city of Anna Maria. It's a charming area with lots to do. Seabreeze is wonderful to work with. Their customer service is amazing. They think of everything, and we were impressed that they provided enough dish soap, counter cleaner, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. to get us through the week. It's their attention to small details that makes a big difference! We look forward to future visits to AMI and staying at Going Coastal. It was perfect for our family.

Great location but needs an upgrade

Location 10/10, but lots of little annoying things such as most of the crockery and glassware is poor quality and is chipped. None of it matches. All of it was sub standard and not something we’d have in our own home. We had to wash all crockery before using it as it was grubby. The cutlery, pots pans, coffee machine (rusty) are old and need replacing. The sliding glass doors are dirty as is the outside covered dining area. Pool area and dock is excellent. The area is quiet. Lots of beach equipment. Beds very comfortable. The negatives I’ve mentioned could easily be fixed by the owner. Attention to detail is important given the rental rate charged. We were happy with the house overall but our initial delight at the location was tempered the following day as we started noticing the points above.

Absolutely thrilled

Pool was not on our "must" list but now that we've had one, we will always want to stay where there is one! We would be at beach (very quick walk) all day and evening and then spend more time in the pool! Loved the beach chairs around the pool, the deck, private yard and dock. The beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles and even a pump to fill the items we brought were great. There is a hose to rinse off when you get back from beach. The washer and dryer worked great. Beds were SO comfy. Note the bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms so there is no "hall" bathroom. Our daughter's boyfriend stayed with us and slept in the pull out, so he felt like he was invading "our" space to use the bathroom. SeaBreeze was VERY responsive and texted me CLEARLY saying we could reply to the text with any questions and they got back to us RIGHT AWAY. We did not watch any TV. I would agree with the other comments regarding the kitchen items. We ate in most of the time and could have used a pizza pan, pizza cutter and some food storage containers, but we made do and it really wasn't a hardship. We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate, cheerfully decorated!

The Going Coastal mid-century ranch-style house was immaculate, cheerfully decorated with a fresh professional paint job and preservation of original features including the fixtures in one bath and Terrazzo floors throughout the house. The backyard is private with a delightful little heated pool and a deck overlooking a canal with great bird watching.
