The Space:

The living space is filled with bright, beachy décor, lots of comfortable furniture, and plenty of natural light throughout. The living room features a mounted flatscreen TV and a small, private library next to the kitchen's breakfast bar, which doubles as a small workspace, just the right size for laptop users. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.



The living room also includes access to the private lanai furnished with plenty of comfy seating, the ideal place to entertain guests with refreshing cocktails. The full kitchen will make every meal a joy to prepare, with stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator, ample counter space, and attractive wood cabinetry and accents. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed and uniquely-decorated bedrooms to take advantage of, one with both patio and lanai access on opposite ends and a mounted flatscreen TV, the second with an en-suite bath.



Off the suite, you'll find an outdoor dining space with the nearby tennis court just beyond. When you're not splashing around down at the beach, use one of the home's two gas grills to host a delightful family barbecue while the kids romp around the yard with the family dogs. This suite offers numerous accessibility-friendly amenities such as step-free access, a flat path to the front door, and wide doorways, so every family member can enjoy their stay comfortably. The central AC will ensure everyone is nice and cool after a day of inlet-sightseeing or beach activities and the backyard's private washer/dryer will take care of your laundry.
