The resort is fantastic for families with children. There are plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day, and the nightly shows were fun for all ages — a great way to wind down after a busy day.
The staff were friendly and helpful, though many had limited English skills, which sometimes made communication a bit tricky. That said, they always did their best to assist and were very polite.
Where the resort really needs improvement is in decor and cleanliness. The rooms and some public areas felt dated, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Because of this, it didn’t quite live up to the 5-star rating it claims — the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel luxurious.
A good choice for families looking for a fun, food-filled vacation with lots to do — but if you’re particular about aesthetics or spotless surroundings, be prepared for a few compromises.
