We’re just five minutes from local conveniences such as Publix, Walgreens, Starbucks, and a variety of neighborhood eateries. Enjoy outdoor adventures at Wekiwa Springs State Park, only 15 minutes away. You’ll also find shopping, fine dining, and a movie theater just 7 miles from the property, while the Altamonte Springs Mall is a quick 25-mile drive. With easy access to State Road 429, reaching the Disney area is simple and convenient.

We are located a few miles from Wekiva Springs Park. Within 5 mins from Publix, Walgreens and a brand new Starbucks! Local convenience store with in minutes to get your essentials. Local shopping plaza with in 10 mile ( Marshall’s, Ross, 5 Below, Ulta and Chick-fil-A )

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following requirements and guidelines:

Event Requirements & Fees
Additional fees apply for events with 7 or more guests:
· Fee Structure:
o Up to 20 guests: $300
o 21–30 guests: $500
o 31-45 guests: $750
Please note: These fees are in addition to the standard daily house rental cost.
· Event Fee Payment:
The event fee must be paid in full prior to check-in. If payment is not received before arrival, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
· Prohibited Items:
Confetti, color powder, and sprays are not allowed.
· Water Slides:
Due to liability concerns, water slides are not permitted on the property.
· Occupancy Limit:
The home accommodates a maximum of 7 overnight guests. Only individuals listed on the rental agreement may stay overnight.
· Porta Potty Requirement:
For events with more than 21 guests, a porta potty is required. Proof of rental must be provided prior to the event, and it must be removed before checkout.
· Trash & Cleanup:
All trash must be placed in the designated area, and the property should be returned to its original clean condition.
· Noise Policy:
No loud music is permitted after 9:00 PM.
· Parking Guidelines:
All parking must follow the instructions outlined in the House Handbook.
Important: Parking is strictly prohibited on the front right side of the home due to a nearby septic tank.
