Appartamento Talema A is a graceful studio apartment located in the historic center of Arezzo. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Talema A you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Appartamento Talema A is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Arezzo, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the bus stop at 270 meters (886 feet).
Appartamento Talema A is located on the second floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Talema A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 450 meters (500 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).  Bedroom
The bedroom is paved with original terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table that is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the bedroom.
