The ground floor includes an independent entrance with a private outdoor area, a living room with dining space and sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with a four-ring stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and toaster, satellite TV, and a fireplace. There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds (convertible to a double on request), plus two bathrooms with showers.
