Located amongst the picturesque Tuscan countryside just a short drive from Siena and Arezzo, Podere Rapolano is a building dating back from 18th century. From the villa you will enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and the swimming pool. The villa suits large group or families and sleeps up to 35 people. The private swimming pool and the spa area are located 200 meters from the villa and can be reached via a beautiful cypress-lined avenue. Near the pool, there is a bathroom with toilet and sink, a bar room with large fridge, coffee machine and tea kettle where guests can prepare themselves refreshments, as well as an outdoor shower.

Podere Rapolano is composed for five apartments and one spacious communal space where you will find the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor. The first floor has an entertainment area with billiard/table tennis, TV and sofas.

First apartment (6+1): located on the first floor has a living room with fireplace. On the second floor there is a kitchen and three double rooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and the other rooms share a shower room. A single bed can be added in one of the three bedrooms.

Second apartment (8+1) is also on the first floor and has a dining room with kitchenette, three double rooms, an en-suite bathroom, another shower room and one bathroom with bathtub. In the attic there is another double room with shower, a sitting room and larger living room. A single bed can be added in one of the double rooms.

Third apartment (4+1): first floor level is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a fireplace, two double rooms and one bathroom with shower unit. A single bed can be added in one of the double rooms.

Fourth apartment (6+1): ground floor apartment comprises of a hall, a twin room, one double room with bath and shower. On the first floor you will find the living room with kitchen/dining room, one double room and one bathroom with shower. This apartment has access to a private garden and BBQ area. A single bed can be added in one of the double rooms.

Fifth apartment: (6+1): on the ground floor there is a hall, two twin bedded rooms, and one bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of a living room, a kitchen/dining room, one double room with bathroom (shower). A single bed can be added in one of the double rooms. There is a private garden and BBQ area.

The outdoor space consists of a spacious garden with children play area (swings and slide). The swimming pool (14m x 10m; open from May 1 to Oct 31) is located 200m away from the villa and has a hydromassage, thermal bath (usable only during the opening period of the pool). Next to the pool you will find a pool house with WC, sink, a bar room with large fridge, coffee machine and kettle. An outdoor shower is located near the pool. Mountain bikes are available on request. The outdoor communal terrace offers guests space to gather together and enjoy a BBQ. A laundry room is also available. Private catering can be arranged on request (for a minimum of 6 guests)
