Onsite laundry was nice, but didn't use. No coffee filters was easily remedied by nearby store. Tyler was very communicative. Great recommendation for dinner at the Bridgewater Bistro. We honeymooned in 2014 in Longview and wanted to try something new. Great space, lots of great decor and thoughtful details. We stayed for two nights and my wife wanted to stay a third. We will be back!

We had a great stay in Astoria at this beautiful and well-equipped 2 br/2 ba condo in downtown by the wharf. It is located close to both shopping and dining and was a great spot to have access to all that the city offers. It was extremely clean. The directions provided by the host were spot on. Highly recommended!

The property was terrific—just as pictured. It was very clean and well-maintained. The location right on the rail trail and water was a definite plus.There were only two minor issues, both of which had been mentioned in previous reviews. First, there’s a business adjacent to the property, and at night, the queen bedroom gets some noise and light from equipment that cycles on and off. This is likely why a sound machine is provided in the room.Second, directly across from the building entrance in the parking lot, there is a small homeless camp. We had no issues with the men staying there, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re not expecting it.

What a fabulous place to stay. Very central but not noisy. The trolley does go by so you hear the bell but only 11-5. So close to the water and this is the only unit with a balcony facing the Columbia. The unit was spacious and clean. Well equipped with linens, blankets, and hair dryer. Very clean and cozy. I will definitely stay again.

The condo is unique, a remodeled factory building just off of the river in an industrial zone. We enjoyed our stay but light sleepers may have a problem with the 24-7 noise of the ventilation system from the neighboring industrial building which also totally blocks the river view from the bedroom. There is however another smaller bedroom so there are optioms. Overall a good choice, spacious and well appointed.

Overall, a really nice property. Bathrooms are great with provided soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and blow dryers, and towels. More hooks or towel racks would be nice to allow towels to dry over the day. The washer and dryer was a great amenity. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, etc. More cutting boards would be helpful. We knew going in that there was no table for dining, but we admit it would have been nice for playing games during a rain and for meals, like a quick breakfast or a lunch. We enjoyed the sounds of the river: the ships, the animals, fog horn, etc..Downtown is very easy access for walking. A landing pad for wet shoes and umbrellas would be good.

We enjoyed our stay and the great walk ability to restaurants and downtown. The property was very clean, tastefully decorated and matched the photos. Tyler responded very quickly when we had questions. However we were a little surprised by the request to strip the beds and start the laundry. I can honestly say we've never encountered this in any past short term rental. My only suggestion would be to remove the photos of Buoy Brewery since they are clearly not in that location any longer.

Loved the vibe and the location

When arrived to the building it was a bit questionable... the building looks like an abandoned warehouse - since we arrived in the early evening... but, that was intentional! It's a converted factory, so it was actually super cool - once we got over the initial surprise.. When we got to the unit, it was super, super awesome! Huge closets to stash the ski bags and big suitcases! The finishes were so nice and so INSTAGRAMABLE! The sofas were cute... not so user friendly, more about utility vs. comfort... but, still great... Views were awesome of the boardwalk... and just a hundred yards away was a cove with seals! When you got close, they were loud, but couldn't be heard from the unit. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.. loved it. Bathrooms were well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked, though we didn't use it... normally we would of, but the restaurants were so close we just ate out. Great unit... more than we expected, so pleasantly surprised. Recommend it.

Perfect Astoria Location

We loved this condo! It was located right on the boardwalk, which took us to some excellent restaurants. The condo was very well cared for. It was clean and the kitchen had all the implements we needed. One bathroom had a tub/shower and the other had a roomy walk-in shower. Both had quick and ample hot water. Highly recommend!

Convenient location

This place looks great, but had some challenges for us. We missed having a table to sit around for meals. The barstools and counter don't work well - counter too high or stools too low. Second bath needs a towel bar. Somewhat noisy at night.

Great gateway stay for four

Super easy booking, superior with follow up questions, and received an immediate response when we reached out to tell them the batteries in the smoke alarm needed to be replaced. SUPER CLEAN, and filtered water was nice. Walked to restaurants

What’s that smell?

The door to apt has a door punch pad and a key punch pad. Of course we used the wrong one for 10 min. There was an awful stench when we entered. We went out and bought candl/scented pine cones. It was the brewery next door

Fantastic, charming, great location!

We loved it -- great location, right on the water and so close to downtown. We walked everywhere. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms and baths were very cozy. Nice to have a washing machine, too. Great place! We will be back!
