Hello, I appreciate the stay in the hotel. However, the showers were really moldy and so was the curtains the bed frame didn’t look clean either. We would’ve appreciated if it was cleaner.

Location was unbeatable. Our first time in Athens and on Day 1 I could tell that this was the perfect location to explore Athens on foot. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Room was spacious and comfortable for my family of 4. I feel the lighting was low in the room to give it an elegant look, but not a big deal. Would highly recommend it and stay here next time again.

Great location/great room/good service/hard tofind

Great service, perfect location and the urban vibe was way better than expected and an amazing room. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is it was near impossible to find the door. We passed it multiple times, dragging suitcases, on main strip Plaka. When we think we finally found it you had to ring the doorbell and hope there was someone at the desk to open the door for you otherwise you were stuck. Kind of stressful. Better directions on where/how to get there initially would be helpful.

The room was amazing!! Very spacious!! Large bottle water in fridge. Bed was low to ground but comfortable. No lift/elevator but a gentleman carried luggage up for us. Upon leaving, very early, we had to carry them down.

Hotel staff was excellent providing an adapter, helping with luggage (no elevator) and transportation. Located by a multitude of shops and restaurants. The Acropolis is about a 10 minute walk.
