Great stay with one notable exception! Check-in!

Everything went great, except check-in. I really needed rooms that were together. So I needed to request that in person. It took well over 30 minutes just to check in and there was only one person ahead of me. The line was at least 6-10 people long before I was helped. Only one guy was checking folks in initially and then when another person showed up they began helping the diamond customer line with only two guests there and about 6-10 people waiting in the regular check-in line. Mind you the guy was already servicing their line. It was chaotic and impractical the was they did it and I think that could be better. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS NICE!

There was no hot water. I tried to call down the front desk and waited for 20 minutes on hold. Still no answer. I had to leave and couldn’t wait any longer. The check in process was long for no reason. I don’t understand why they have self check in kiosks if they don’t work.
