We loved our stay here at the hotel! The staff were so friendly and helped us with any questions or demands we needed. It’s also a short walk to Amalfi so it’s the perfect place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing. And the view of the ocean was incredible!

Staff (Carlo, Alexandra, Emilia and Katia) were lovely. Location was safe and quiet, yet walkable to Amalfi city. Could improve the room cleanliness as not cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.

The hotel was very nice, our room was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. Water did back up in the shower though. Grateful for the cleaning staff who cleaned the room everyday. The front desk staff was very nice as well. Only thing we really did not like was one of the staff members took more tip than we had wanted to give. We told him to take €5 and he took €10 which was fine and we didn’t say anything because we appreciated his help, as it is a long way up. For checkout though he brought our bags down with out us requesting his help, then when at the bottom he did not let us leave until we gave him money. That made us uncomfortable. We did not have change and were in a rush and we had to wait for him to get change. I think it was inappropriate to beg for money, especially considering we gave him €10 to begin with, and it was just all around unprofessional.

If you can make it up the 70-80 something steps with your luggage, you’re in for a treat. This hotel is very kind. Very clean. The free breakfast buffet is incredible. Wide variety of options and everything was fantastic. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had from an hotel. Things your gps probably won’t tell you. There is a private pedestrian tunnel on the edge of Amalfi to take you through the hill into Atrani. Avoiding the winding mountain road where there is no sidewalks. Makes walking everywhere an easy breeze. The staff is very polite and professional. Our room was clean. Spacious. Gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from our balcony. Came here for part of our honeymoon and we were very pleased. Thank you

Overall good experience. However plumbing in room - both the tubs and showers need maintenance. Continuous backups and poor drainage. Constant smell of sewage coming from pipes. Kitchen and dining staff are wonderful. Lovely ladies that work very hard.

Definitely was not a 4 star hotel. My room was damp the entire time there. Bed was firm and finding the hotel initially was very difficult. Trying to communicate with the staff about how to access the property turned into them sending me responses in caps lock. Not a great start to the trip.

Carlos was absolutely amazing! He worked so hard and carried all of our luggage up the 85 steps to our place with a smile. His help made such a big difference after a long day of traveling. Truly grateful for his effort and kindness!

Good place but not in the heart

Hotel is in a nice location, walkable to amalfi. But it has 85 stairs so be ready for cardio. Hotel staff is friendly, do use their porter service and don’t lift your own bags. Carlos is a great guy, picked our luggage like it’s nothing. Breakfast was pretty good, no complaints i just felt that Atrani is not that happening so no reason to stay so far.

The place is very quiet and beautiful , you can walk into Amalfi Center ,The around to the hotel is beautiful and is to menu restaurant, The hotel have very good location and easy to find but also I recommend the taxi service they have from airport to the hotel there’s going to be someone waiting for you in the airport

Upon arrival there was no staff available to assist with our luggage and we had to carry everything upstairs ourselves During our stay the room was only cleaned once and that was after we specifically requested it Basic amenities were also lacking, We never received the complimentary water that was supposed to be provided and we had to repeatedly ask just to get tea bags Overall the lack of attentiveness and poor service made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their hospitality standards going forward.

AMAZING!!! We are so in love with this place, the staff are amazing and friendly and more than accomodating, Carlos took good care of us the entire time and i cannot recommend Diana up on the solaris enough she was the sweetest, great food great drinks STUNNING views. Do your research theres obviously going to be stairs, but they are well worth it (i think i counted 60 stairs) haha The breakfast included is amazing! First let me say that Carlo, the male Employee who helped carry our luggage is a wonderful person! He was so attentive and very kind. He is the number one reason we would return to this hotel. Carlo number one! But it's important to note- this property is not for the weak. 80 plus steps just to get to the lobby. We were there for several nights. The most incredible part of this place is opening the balcony doors of our room and seeing the ocean shimmer every day. The cool breeze at night was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious and as we were traveling with our 3 kids, it allowed us to fuel up with ease before a long day of adventure.

Wonderful spot within walking distance of Amalfi. Atrani is less busy and still very beautiful. This spot is so close to the beach you don’t need to bring a bag.
