Loved the ambience. The interior atrium is great. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Was disappointed in the bathroom. Very small for such a spacious room. There was water damage on the ceiling and the towel hook was coming off the back of the door. It was difficult to enter the bathroom and close the door before sitting on the toilet. With the size of the room, a larger bathroom could have easily been installed and added more luxury to the space. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and spacious. Food was good. Loved the omelet bar. Expected better accommodations for seating. Tables were dated, scarred and wobbly. But still loved the open space of the atrium. It gave a spacious feeling and an inviting atmosphere.

Always a great stay with my family at this location, rooms are very clean and overall great customer service, easy check-in, and safety gives a peace of mind! Quiet rooms and great breakfast! Happy hour is a huge plus, great drinks and overall atmosphere! We have stayed here for our Austin travels for over 4 years and have no complaints!

The 2-bedroom suite has only one bathroom, and is only accessible from within one of the bedrooms. Not recommended. The breakfast is just so-so. The hotel charges another $19/night for parking in the mall-style parking lot. All in all, a disappointing stay.

Room was unsecured the balcony door with no balcony. We had a kid with us. I could just walked out and fell off. The bathtub was peeling and chipping along with the sink. There was no toilet paper no extra towels. The pillows were terrible just
