I booked the hotel and later that day when I tried checking in, they told me they didn't have a room available for me. The front desk told me there was an "emergency reserve" room, but it maybe hasn't been cleaned. On top of offering me a dirty room, the elevator was also not working, and the room was on the second floor. There were a handful of "night working ladies" hanging out in front of the main entrance and when I was leaving, a man tried soliciting me out front. To make matters even worse, the hotel never issued me a refund although they didn't have a room for me. You should avoid booking this hotel at all costs, you will lose your money... and even if they have a room available, you won't want to stay there, I promise.

There was drug paraphernalia left in the room. The room was not clean properly. I informed staff about it, and they hesitated with giving me my security deposit back, which I was very upset about it after informing the staff of their mishaps with the room. Very poor stay I would not go to this hotel again.

The property was overbooked, and my reservation was cancelled, which I found out when I got there to check in, and then proceeded to be nearly arrested (detained by police for 2 hours) because I was in and out of the property so quickly, they thought I was doing a drug deal. F*** this place.

The staff were great, but that didn't make up for the stiff mattress, noisy room, smelly hallway, broken elevator, cramped shower, and malfunctioning keycards. If you're on a budget and only staying a couple nights you could choose this, but if you can afford it make another choice.

I could not even get to check in after being made to wait for about an hour. As if that was not bad enough, I asked to use the restroom - while’s waiting and I was rudely told the rest room was out of service, really? in a hotel ? For a hotel, it was surprising that there was absolutely no place available to use the restroom, especially when I had been made to wait close to an hour Mind you this was around 7:30pm in the evening - not that I got before there before check in time. Really bad experience ! I simply left.

Had a two day stay and staff DID mention internet and elevators were down but promised it would fixed by end of day (even during holiday weekend) and nothing. Had to be let into room manually by staff until 11pm.

Beware! This place is a dive. You will NOT be given a key to your room. After you check in, and they charge your credit card, THEN they will tell you their card key programmer is broken. So no room key for you. It should be illegal to NOT DISCLOSE the lack of room keys BEFORE they take a reservation. This was on a holiday weekend. Very difficult to find other accommodations at 11:30 pm
