This holiday home spans two floors and offers around 110 m² of living space. At the back, the house borders directly on the spa park by the lake (east side), giving you a wonderful view of the water. The lakeside path starts right at the property, and the lake is only 200 meters away. The front, with balcony and terrace, faces the village street (west side) and offers views of the Hohe Bleich. A small, secluded garden runs from the front around the house to the back, inviting you to relax on sun loungers.
The entrance is at the back, as is the parking space at the front of the property. You can check in easily via self check-in.
Room layout:
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance area, a spacious hallway with tiled stove and open staircase to the upper floor, followed by the dining area with double doors to the terrace and the kitchen separated by a wood/glass wall with two windows. Also on the ground floor is one of two identical bedrooms with lake view.
Upstairs, there is a large, bright living room with open fireplace and wooden ceiling, high up to the roof, the second bedroom with lake view, and a spacious bathroom with anteroom.
