The main level features a living and dining room equipped with a dining table, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings. This floor includes 3 double bedrooms, one of which benefits from an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. The remaining 2 double bedrooms on this level share a dedicated bathroom also equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The lower ground floor is accessible via an exterior staircase and comprises a living and dining area with a kitchen corner that opens directly onto the garden, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC.
