On the ground floor, an open living and sleeping area features 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a flat screen satellite TV. This space opens directly onto a 20 m2 terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering beautiful views of the sea, the swimming pool, and the surrounding countryside. The ground floor also includes an open dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a shower and WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm, 200 cm in length, and features a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to a 20 m2 balcony. The second bedroom on the upper floor also offers 1 double bed of the same configuration, 2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and is complemented by its own private shower and WC, as well as a flat screen satellite TV.
