From this area, you have direct access to both a balcony and a large terrace. The 1 double bedroom also opens onto a balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor connection. A second room is equipped with 2 beds, making it well suited for children or additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table, and it likewise benefits from access to a balcony and to the terrace.
