The property was clean, but I had one issue with the people at the front desk. I had never seen someone so strict about towels. To get more towels, you had to bring down your dirty ones, which can be very inconvenient, especially when dealing with wet, dirty towels. My husband handed the lady the dirty towels and requested three more, but she asked, "Did you give me three towels back?" My husband replied yes, but we felt that the whole process was a bit excessive.

I was given a key envelope with the incorrect room number. We didn’t really realized it until later that night, a family tried to enter our room. We were shocked and of course very scared at first. I called and spoke to the front desk who finally realized the mistake. It was already 10:30pm and too late to move to our correct room.

Shampoo dispenser in shower was completely empty. Fortunately, I keep a small bottle in my toiletry kit, but that meant getting out of shower to access it. Minor, but annoying--and easily avoidable. If you're not going to have shampoo in the bottle, don't mount it in the shower and advertise the duty of the housekeeping staff to refill. Then at breakfast the toaster for bagels did not work until my husband and the young woman who was manning the station performed a complete maintenance service on it. Also minor, but the difference between an excellent stay and a decent one. I'm sure you would want to do better.
