Harbor trip

Hotel was nice since it was close to the harbor. Room was spacious but it looked like it wasn’t cleaned well. The service was good and all staff we encountered were friendly. Would stay again.

Nice motel in the middle of the neighborhood. The first room I checked into wasn't clean, but the front desk handled it immediately and got me into another room. The breakfast options were great. The pool was great, but honestly, for $200 a night, I expected more. Hampton Inn needs major upgrades or needs to lower the prices until they're able to do so.

Parking was hard valet parking was not the best we put it on the order for our car to be ready. I know it was early at 4 o’clock in the morning, but the valet did not get the order we ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for our car and almost made us late for our appointment so we were disappointed with the parking valet

The toilet was running nonstop. It finally overflowed. Two lovely men came to fix it, but it only worked for a little and then started running all night again. Too tired and frustrated to call for service again. Not sure the bathroom floor got cleaned properly after toilet overflowed.

Wonderful, helpful hotel and valet staff. Valet parking is nice but wasn't comfortable waiting in the street for a spot to open up at night. Breakfast buffet was ok and lobby area could have been cleaner. Room was clean and comfortable.
