Great hotel near BWI

The Live! Hotel and Casino is very nice, however, there was not an option for a bath tub- this is difficult when you have to bathe a child. The hotel was very comfortable- and accommodating.

I amazing and accommodating we were a late check-in and we felt very valued and attention to detail was had the front desk and the valet were phenomenal. Very thankful for those who were assisting. It was a very busy night and I felt like the only guest they had.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice. The expense wasn’t bad for the night. However, they do not offer food service and they don’t have simple toiletries if you forever something like floss or a toothbrush. Minor complaints. The rooms are spacious and classy. The hot water could use some more heat, but all in all it’s a nice hotel.

Check in is at 3:00 pm but had to wait for a room after I got there at 3, clerk said they would text me when the room was ready! Never received any text! I waited for an hour and a half! Was very disappointed about the service!
