We stayed 2 nights and sheets were not changed as asked. Had a jetted jacuzzi which when we got in when filled, noticed that there was brown stuff floating. Got out immediately, drained it and then took pictures of the brown gunk on the bottom. Immediately after that took a shower to feel clean. I did speak to the office about both situations, and they were very kind and apologetic. They said they would bring it to who's attention it needed to handled as far as fixing the issues. Looked to be clean at time of arrival. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Shower didn't work, outdated wobbly jetted tub spout and handle, little difficult to get in and out of the jetted tub. Bed was squeaky. Breakfast was in a whole different building. Very limited Breakfast.

Safe location and staff are so sweet. My room was in need of a major sweep, the floors were filthy. Breakfast wasn’t much but it’s worth the $70 I paid for the night.

People 2 doors down were very noisy and smoking next to my door. They were up until 1am outside my door arguing . Usually I don’t have any concerns with my stay. This just made it hard to get proper sleep

There needs to be something done about not getting heat over 62 and wind blowing in around air conditioner

No hot water

No hot water in shower after letting run for ten minutes Front drsk clerk said it sometimes takes up to twenty minutes and blamed it on the cold temperatures. Ended up taking a marine bath from the sink with tepid water.
