It is equipped with a living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, hi-fi, small dining area), open kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances), bedroom via steep stairs (double bed 1.40 m wide, small balcony with seating), a bathroom (shower, toilet, towel warmer) and central heating. There is an outdoor seating area, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn, lockable storage room for bicycles and car park. Cot available for hire. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The Vineta town of Barth is a state-recognised resort on the Bodden of the same name near the Fischland Darß Zingst peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 10 km away. The town has a historic town centre with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Nearby is the harbour with boat hire and passenger boat trips to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, the island of Hiddensee and crane watching, while the River Barthe, which flows into the Bodden on the outskirts of the town, offers good fishing opportunities. The well-developed network of cycle paths enables extensive cycle tours through the entire region. Day trips to Stralsund, the gateway to the island of Rügen (30 minutes by car) or to the Hanseatic city of Rostock (60 minutes by car) are also worthwhile.
