The detached villa is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Baška. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Close to the beach. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-October). Swimming pool size 15 m².
