With solar-powered setups and limited electricity, this is glamping as it should be simple, natural, and immersive.

The Space:

Escape to the countryside and embrace a slower pace of living at our off-grid glamping site, nestled on the edge of ancient woodland with sweeping views over Bath. Our five Lotus Belle ‘Star Gazing’ Tents are thoughtfully spaced across the land, offering both privacy and the option to enjoy the experience together as a group.



Each tent is designed to provide a comfortable yet back-to-nature stay, combining essential comforts with an authentic outdoor experience.



Set within six acres of newly planted orchards, the site is a haven for nature lovers. With over 500 fruit trees, a tranquil pond, and thriving bee hives, you’ll be surrounded by wildlife and open countryside. Guests are free to explore and enjoy the land at their own pace.



Comfortable Accommodation:

• Private hot showers and toilets for each tent – no shared facilities

• Heated blankets provided for cooler nights

• Two floor mattresses per tent for children under 12



Off-grid Living:

• Solar and battery-powered tents with limited electricity

• Small battery packs provided for charging phones and essential devices

• BBQs and fire pits with seating for each tent

Just a short walk from the glamping site is The Ridge, a stunning 5-bedroom home sleeping up to 12 guests. Ideal for larger groups looking to combine indoor and outdoor stays. Please enquire for availability.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all five tents, each with its own private shower and toilet, along with the surrounding land and shared outdoor spaces.



Parking is available on site.



The Neighborhood:

While the site feels completely secluded, Bath’s historic city centre is within easy reach by foot, bus, or car. Explore its famous landmarks, independent shops, and renowned restaurants before returning to the calm of the countryside.



Getting Around:

The site has direct access to National Walking Routes, making it ideal for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. A scenic, traffic-free footpath leads directly to the Hare and Hounds pub, perfect for food, drinks, and panoramic views.



Other Things to Note:

Please note there is no WiFi on site. This is a true off-grid experience designed for switching off and enjoying nature.



• Heated blankets are provided, but there is no fixed heating in the tents

• Electricity is limited and powered by solar and battery systems

• Small battery packs are provided for essential device charging

• Ten floor mattresses are available across the site for children under 12

• Bee experiences are available at an additional cost – please enquire

• No pets allowed

• No shoes inside the tents

• Please ensure BBQs are cleaned after use



As this is a glamping, off-grid stay, we strongly recommend coming prepared, as weather conditions can be unpredictable:



• Bring warm layers, especially for evenings

• Consider bringing additional power banks if needed

• Wear sturdy footwear for exploring

• Pack for all weather conditions, including rain



Out of respect for other guests and the peaceful setting, we ask that noise levels are kept low after 8pm.
