Great location. Walking distance to everything. Front office staff is super friendly. The inn needs some major renovations though. If old timey hotels are your jam then this is a great fit for you. Gave 2 stars due to outdated hotel & that’s it.

The wall paper in the room was peeling. Wall paper in bathroom was horrible. There was no soap, shampoo, lotion in any of the dispensers. The furnace only worked occasionally and we had only one washcloth for the room. Terrible experience! We will never trust Expedia recommendations.

Very worn down rooms. The heater had loose parts that were making lot of noise. It was impossible to sleep. We had to shut down the heater in the middle of night and sleep in cold. At checkout, I gave the feedback to the lady at reception. The response was very dismissive and leaning towards rudeness. The location of the property is great.

The entire property is under construction it would have been nice to know the details prior to booking. Just made it look really shabby. Unfortunately. But other then that it was an ok stay no issues. Just would’ve been nice to know. It was a nice view from the balcony at night. I would get the outside of the balconies pressure washed or at least the yellow mustard railing cleaned. For the nightly price to stay there would like to be in a lil cleaner common areas and maybe not have the tv wall mount held together with zip ties just saying. It was fine for me but my wife and kids kept pointing things out. Staff was great and welcoming

The walls are super thin. You can hear every thing happening in all the surrounding rooms and outside. This is in a very busy spot. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend staying here. The room also had a sewerage smell to it. The girls at the front were nice and accommodating. They are the only reason I didn’t give one star.

Hotel was not very clean especially outside! Needs a good deal of updating inside and out! While there I accidentally left my Apple Watch and they claimed they didn’t find it. I would not recommend this hotel while in San Francisco!
