House Features
This bright and comfortable terraced house is ideally located just a short 5 minute walk from the heart of Begur. With plenty of space across three levels, it’s perfectly suited for one large family or even two families sharing a holiday together.

The house is laid out over three floors and includes multiple terraces for relaxing, dining, and soaking up the views. As you enter, you're greeted by a sunny front terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and an automatic awning ideal for lounging during the day or enjoying a drink with a magnificent view.



First Floor
Inside on the main floor, you'll find a welcoming entrance hall, a guest WC, and a spacious living and dining room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, making it a great space to unwind or entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook at home with a dishwasher and coffee machines. A great place to cook dinner.



First floor outside private swimming pool
The living area opens directly onto the rear patio, where the private swimming plunge pool awaits. A real luxury for a house located in the center of the town. Here, you'll also find sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue everything you need for long sunny afternoons and al fresco meals.



Second Floor
Upstairs on the first floor, and the four bedrooms are located. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and shower. The additional bedroom which are a second double bedroom, and two bedrooms with single beds. Ideal for children or friends sharing. This floor also has a spacious family bathroom with both a bath and a shower.



Third Floor
The top floor offers a real highlight: a large multi-purpose room that opens onto a beautifully furnished terrace with sweeping views over the landscape, including breathtaking sunsets stretching toward the Pyrenees. It’s a perfect space to relax, read, or enjoy a peaceful moment above it all.



Ground Floor
The ground level houses a very large private garage with room for at least two cars, plus storage space for bikes and beach gear. There’s also a practical laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
