The room was fine, bed a bit soft. The bathroom floor and shower tlles looked like they could use a good scrubbing. It was noisy, from the train, people coming and going to the bars/restaurants nearby and the hotel hallway. We knew something was up when we saw that there were earplugs in the room. We would not stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Its in a great location for exploring the joys of quirky Bellingham. The mix of old time charm and modern updates was excellent. Staff were friendly and check in and out was effortless. I would give it 9.95 out of 10. If it were not for the awfully brught gedside LED lights, ut woukd be 10 out of 10

The parking at this hotel is not great. Spots are not clearly marked for Hotel Leo guests and it made for a very stressful experience. The room was updated and modern however it smelled old and like smoke. The staff were great. Amenities were average. This markets like a luxury boutique hotel, but for the money I spent for the night it’s not. This wouldn’t be my first choice. I only stayed here because of an event that took place.

The staff were super awesome. Very respectful and will cater to the guests needs. Absolutely loved staying here. Parking was also really easy, and surprisingly free since it is located downtown and normally hotels make you pay for it - but not them. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location to walk to coffee shops, bars, breweries, restaurants! Room was great and very comfortable. Really comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, lots of areas to place your stuff and keep it organized. Staff were really friendly. Everything you need for a wknd stay!
