This bright space features two bedrooms offering restful sleep, with an intelligent layout that includes a double bed, a wall bed (one bed folds underneath the other).
The property is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to guarantee your comfort in any season of the year. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.
The apartment offers outdoor private parking in the same building (it is a communal parking lot, there is no private space for each apartment), which facilitates mobility during your stay. In addition, it has a fenced plot that adds a touch of privacy and security. One companion animal is allowed, which makes it ideal for travelers who do not want to be separated from their pet (consult restrictions and supplement).
