Una experiencia regulera

Estancia de 3 días. El baño cuando llegamos no parecía que hubiera sido aseado correctamente (papeles y plásticos en la papelera, lavabo con restos de crema). El desayuno es bastante deficiente, con escasa calidad (café infumable y embutido de tercera). En las cenas, hay variedad de platos pero los cocineros deben carecer de sazón o ilusión por los fogones, porque todo sabía a nada. Buena atención del servicio de recepción, excesiva confianza y charlatanería (hablando en alto de otros clientes) de la persona que atendía los desayunos. No creo que repita.

Hotel muy bien comunicado con playa de poniente y centro histórico de Benidorm (a 5 minutos). Personal muy agradable y servicial, comida aceptable y zonas comunes muy interesantes, como varias salas de televisión y piscina en la cubierta del edificio. Lo peor, en nuestro caso, la habitación sumamente pequeña para dos personas, a pesar de su descripción como "habitación doble estándar". Me consta que las hay más grandes, por lo que no se entiende que no las distingan, al menos en Hoteles.com

Hotel bién situsdo, muy cerca de la playa y el puerto. La habitación muy bién, la limpieza estupendo. El bufet, no mucha variedad, pero todo de buena calidad. La bebida gratis. Loúnico que no me ha parecido bién es que la animación por la noche falló y la camarera de la cafetería tenía que atender la barra y la música. Iba loca la pobre.

Al principio nos metieron en una habitación que daba a un patio, que no sabías si era de día o de noche, se lo comentamos y nos cambiaron a una suite por un pequeño suplemento, que estaba muy bien, cama de dos metros, una terraza inmensa, muy bonita. Había un chico en la recepción encantador y otro bastante seco. En el comedor los trabajadores eran un poco secos, la comida bastante buena, para el precio que pagamos

Puede que alguna habitación sea 3*, la mía no.

Lo malo: Habitación con ventana a un patio interior con el tuvo del aire con un ruido bastante molesto, el mando del aire acondicionado no estaba en la habitación, caja fuerte cobran por día de alquiler un precio abusivo. Lo bueno: la cama y almohada eran muy cómodas.

Good hotel bad smell in room

The hotel was very good value and one that i would use again. Unfortunatey i was given a room on the ground floor that connected with a small inner courtyard which had an extremely bad smell. As a result the room had a constant bad aromour that 2 cans of air freshener could make no impact on. The result being that my clothes absorbed this oddur after a few days. My friend stayed in a room opposite thst had an outside window so enjoyed a more pleasant exprience. Therefore a word to the wise would be to request an outside room

Nice, clean hotel.

Professional friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good shower. Couldn't really fault the hotel. First time in old town. Location of hotel well placed to explore a bit of the old town. Close to beach and plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes.
