It\'s located just 200 meters from Poniente beach, where every little detail for relaxation is provided: swimming pools with jacuzzi and natural grass, recreational spaces and sports facilities. These include a tennis court, soccer/volleyball/basketball court and a 150 meter wide gym. The apartments offer stunning sea views.

The Poniente area is a modern area with a well-developed infrastructure: restaurants, shops, public transport, a children\'s playground located right on the beach. Thanks to the unique location of the house, you can enjoy walks along the modern promenade.

The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate single beds, a sofa bed is available in the living room, the apartment is ideal for families of 6 people. On request, it is possible to provide a cot (for a child up to 3 years old).
