Villa for up to 8 people. Private pool of 4 m by 10 m. The villa has an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a master suite with private bathroom (shower), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, the second bathroom (bath / shower). A laundry room with washing machine and a dryer. Outside the villa is a studio with a double bed and its bathroom (shower). There is air conditioning in all rooms. Overlooking the swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen equipped with: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas plancha, 2 gas burners, Senseo coffee machine, toaster. High table with 4 bar chairs plus a table and 8 chairs, all in the shade. Bed linen and household linen are provided. Wifi everywhere. A very nice House

A very nice house with everything we needed. The house's outdoor kitchen worked perfectly, and there were plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses. The pool was great and was cleaned once a week. The communication with the owner was fine. It was safe to both arrive and leave the house. We will definitely come back.

Piscine bien orientĂ©e, possibilitĂ© de se baigner Ă  tous moment de la journĂ©e. Point nĂ©gatif : Sol et surfaces poussiĂ©reuse Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, Entretien de la piscine seulement 1 x fois semaine ce qui est juste. Entretien des espaces extĂ©rieurs (Ă©pines de pain en quantitĂ© importante sur la terrasse et dans les escaliers ce qui peut ĂȘtre dangereux avec des enfants en bas-Ăąges) Comme indiquĂ© sur des avis prĂ©cĂ©dent la villa se trouve dans une forte pente Ă  proximitĂ© de la route et de conteneurs Ă  poubelles (pas d’odeur) Bonne communication avec la propriĂ©taire qui est rĂ©active. Muy buena estancia

La villa es como en las fotos. Se hace vida pråcticamente en la cocina de fuera ya que hay utensilios de cocina y se puede cocinar sin problema. Todo muy amplio. El estudio necesita un poco mås de limpieza y huele a humedad, habría que mirar el aire acondicionado ya que gotea agua. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. La piscina muy bien de temperatura para poder bañarte a cualquier hora del día.

Une catastrophe

Le gestionnaire n était pas présent à notre arrivée, il n avait pas le temps de préparer la maison donc il a laisser les clefs dans un coffret électrique. La maison était trÚs sale interieur comme extérieur. Nous avons passé la journée à nettoyer. Le monsieur est venu le lendemain, il nous a indiquer que c était pratique d avoir des sauces et apéritif déjà entamé dans le frigo ( appartenant au locataire précédent !!!!! ) cerise sur le gùteau, la propriétaire nous accuse d avoir du matériel dans la maison et souhaite nous facturer 200e .

Villa au top avec une cuisine extérieure ultra fonctionnelle

La villa correspond exactement Ă  l'annonce ( photos+ descriptif). Nous avons mĂȘme eu la bonne surprise de trouver un jacuzzi en arrivant ! La cuisine extĂ©rieure est gĂ©niale (Lave vaisselle, plancha, cave Ă  vin). Le nombre d'ustensiles, de vaisselle est en grande quantitĂ©. Climatisation dans toutes les chambres et dans les piĂšces Ă  vivre. Alarme dans la maison (intĂ©rieur+extĂ©rieur) Echanges avec propriĂ©taire au top ! Encore Merci Rachel. Points nĂ©gatifs : maison dans un virage en forte pente et un peu bruyant car en face des containers poubelles. Nous recommandons donc cette maison. N'hĂ©sitez pas.

Vackert hus i ett mycket lungt omrÄde.

Stort och rymligt hus dÀr flera familjer fÄr plats. Vi Àlskade poolen och uteköket dÀr vi tillbringade mÄnga timmar med att umgÄs. Huset Àr fullt utrustade sÄ vi saknade ingenting i huset. Bilen Àr nödvÀndig dÄ det inte finns bra gÄngvÀgar ner till stranden.

Magnifique sĂ©jour. Tout y est pour vivre Ă  100% dehors (pool house, piscine, coin salon,...). Que demander de plus en Ă©tĂ©! Cuisine super Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionnelle tant Ă  l’intĂ©rieur qu'Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. La villa est adaptĂ©e Ă  tout type de famille, et ce, compris avec des enfants en bas Ăąges. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© avec notre fils de 15 mois. La villa est proche de la plage et des lieux de curiositĂ©. Nous y retournerions sans hĂ©siter.

TrÚs belle villa de style espagnol, l'architecture et le mobilier, entiÚrement rénovée. Etat impeccable et trÚs propre. TrÚs belles terrasses autour de la piscine, avec une trÚs belle végétation (palmiers), sans oublier la cuisine extérieure pour les soirées. Beau patio pour les journées chaudes autour de la villa. De la terrasse à l'étage, vue partielle sur la mer. Proche de la mer et des marchés et supermarchés et de la trÚs jolie ville et plage de Moraira. A recommander !

Superbe séjour !!!

Nous venons de passer un magnifique sĂ©jour dans la villa. Tout Ă©tait parfait. La piscine est agrĂ©able avec de l'espace autour de celle-ci. Cela permet de prendre le soleil et mĂȘme d'y prendre l'apĂ©ro. La cuisine extĂ©rieure nous a permis de passer d'agrĂ©ables soirĂ©es au cours de notre sĂ©jour (bien qu'un peu fraiche en cette pĂ©riode). Les chambres sont spacieuses et dĂ©corĂ©es avec goĂ»t. Le mobilier est moderne et de qualitĂ©. Le fait d'avoir trĂšs rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© la villa a certainement contribuĂ© Ă  ce magnifique sĂ©jour. Autres points importants: la piscine est bien situĂ©e et nous ne sommes pas vus par les voisins. La plage est facilement accessible (pas loin). Il y a pas mal de bons restaurants (mĂȘme Ă©toilĂ©s) dans un rayon de 10 Ă  15 km. Je recommande volontiers la villa.
