LAYOUT: This charming, modern villa in the beautiful Benissa region offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and privacy. Nestled in lush greenery, the property has two spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for a small family or couple. The villa is designed with a modern and minimalist design that combines seamlessly with the Mediterranean architecture of the villa.

Once we have descended the stairs from the gate entrance area, we access the villa from the lower floor. This entrance area gives us even the possibility to park our vehicle on the same property instead of the street in front of it.

When we enter the villa, we find the first bedroom on our left. Just right next to this bedroom, we have a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. As well, there we find a top-of-the-line washing and drying machine.

In this area, we find an elegant, spiral "caracol" stairs, which gives us the possibility to ascend to the higher floor. On this higher floor, we encounter a beautiful modern kitchen island where we can prepare fantastic meals.A cozy and comfortable seating corner completes this living area to its finest. Right next to the living area, we find the second bedroom, equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. From this bedroom we have access to an inviting terrace area, where we can enjoy taking a coffee whilst watching lovely views over the Mediterranean Sea and the green surroundings.From this terrace we can easily go downstairs to enter the pool area and have fun with the family.

EXTERIOR: The pool area is well sized and has a large dining table with sufficient chairs available for delicious barbecue meals.As well a seating corner situated in the garden offers a private retreat to watch our loved ones having a great time in the pool.

SITUATION: Situated in a quiet area, the villa is only 5 minutes drive away from all the beautiful beaches and calas of the Benissa area like Cala Baladrar and Cala Advocat. The sand beach of La Fustera is close by and so are the towns of Calpe and Moraira.There we can find restaurants, bars and shops.Furthermore, in the same 5 minutes distance there is a large supermarket available.
