In the district of Cumbre del Sol 5.5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 5.1 km, railway station "Teulada" 8.7 km, ferry "Denia" 24.3 km, pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 2 km.
