Good location, asked for a room on lower floor because I had bike, given room on 2nd far away from elevator looking at construction site, asked to change the room. Was given new room but on the 2nd. Hotel was more than 1/2 empty so that was disappointing. Hotel need updates.

After a week in a campground, I was really looking forward to taking a Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was broken. They did change my room that wasn’t hot and stuffy because the air conditioner was broken but charged me an upgrade fee. At night, it got cold and the heater didn’t work. Front desk very helpful and nice. Restaurant food was amazing. Beds very comfortable and Room very roomy. Sadly room temperature was pretty hot ac not working fully, leave ac on if u plan to leave the room it takes a long time to cool down. One of my decisions for selecting this hotel was because of the heated pool I had told my kids about it and they were excited. Pool is not heated and spa jacuzzi was closed for our stay. Very disappointed!

Great Price, Clean Room

My husband & I met some other family members here for a celebration of life ceremony in town. The hallways smelled of mildew, but the rooms did not. Our stay was comfortable...comfy bed, nice shower & clean rooms. Our room even had a fireplace. Pretty nice. We paid extra ti have breakfast included, which was pretty good, as you can choose 9ff regular menu and have your $ credited to it. Weekends there is a buffet. We were not there for that. All in all, we'd stay here again.

I rarely write reviews and did everything I could to avoid writing this one but out of fairness for my fellow travelers, people need to know about this place. I will keep it short and sweet. The room was 80 degrees, the AC didn’t work, the restaurant has a B card and we had to leave mid stay because it was so unbearably hot that we couldn’t sleep. I was promised a full refund and never received it. I don’t like speaking ill of anyone or any business so I will leave it up to you to decide whether or not , this is the type of establishment that you would like to go to. If they gave me a free room and honored their promise to refund my money, I would not return. Caveat emptor.
