Check in took quite a while and was disorganized. We had booked a non smoking room and they tried to put us in a smoking room. Finally changed room which took 20 minutes. Room was nice, clean and well appointed. Parking was not the best as the ramp was difficult to get to.

The stay was fine. The only thing I did not like was using your key card in the elevator to get to your room. Sometimes it did not work. I was afraid to get in the elevator alone. I did not go to the casino the second night for this reason. I was afraid I was going to have a panic attack if I went alone . Some of the Senior Citizens were having panic attacks.
