We hope to see you in our 55m ² large and bright apartment with a quiet location to welcome you to relax. The apartment has been modernized in 2015 and re-equipped. We made sure that you can feel at home. The bathrooms have been tastefully furnished, so that the first Passage of the day is equal to the new day positively agrees. Then we offer you a sandwich service, so you will not only have a long run to satisfy the hunger in the morning. And if nevertheless times missing what is the nearest supermarket just around the corner. If you arrive by train we will pick you up and bring you back to the station of course, because who wants to spend the holiday with heavy suitcases. For our younger guests is a baby high chair and a cot available. We have kept our allergies and tried to make the apartment suitable for allergic persons. And the day is spent with many experiences enjoy the peaceful sleep in the 180x200 double beds. Should there be a snorer times this can also be found on the sofa bed a place. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette and separate dining area. In the kitchen, you should find everything sometimes your partner to a romantic dinner to present (Kaffeemachiene, toaster, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, various utensils). And who can not survive even on holiday without technology, the available satellite TV, Blu-ray, DVD and CD player, wireless Internet access and a telephone. The LED TV you can also play your own photos, music and videos via USB file. I think for now it should be enough, and if you have any questions, please contact us.

Ferienwohnung Binz

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man an seinem eigenen zu Hause wertschätzt. Es ist alles sehr zeitgemäß und gemütlich eingerichtet: Wohnküche (Küchenzeile mit allem was man braucht, Eßtisch, Couch+Tisch, TV); Kinderzimmer (2 Betten, Kleiderschrank, TV); Schlafzimmer (Ehebett, großer Kleiderschrank, TV); Badezimmer (Dusche, WC, Waschtisch mit viel Stauraum), Flurgarderobe. Alles sehr gut durchdacht!!! Diese himmlische Ruhe im Haus hat unser Schlafverhalten zum positivem beeinflusst. Zwei Wochen pure Erholung in Binz. Täglicher Brötchenservice. Sehr empfehlenswert :-) !!!

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Der Vermieter hat die Wohnung korrekt beschrieben, sie ist sehr sauber, modern und komplett ausgestattet. Für Rückfragen stand er immer gerne zur Verfügung. Fahrräder für Strandbesuche sind wegen der Ortsrandlage empfehlenswert, den Garten haben wir nicht benutzt, da wir oben im 1.OG gewohnt haben. Wir haben aber gerne unsere Wäsche im Garten getrocknet. Der ganze Urlaub war sehr entspannend, wozu die unkomplizierte und freundliche Art des Vermieters beitrug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen vielen Dank für die zwei Wochen bei ihnen, Herr Friedrichs! Viele Grüße, Familie Mons

Tolle Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus. Sehr sauber. Matratzenstärke konnte vorab gewünscht werden. Brötchen wurden jeden Morgen an die Eingangstür geliefert. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der angebotene Brötchenservice vereinfacht den Start in einen wundervollen Tag im abwechslungsreichen Ostseebad Binz.

Besser geht es nicht.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche, topsaubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Herzliche Vermieter und on top Brötchenservice. Die Lage am Waldrand ist herrlich ruhig und idealer Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Der Bahnhof vom Rasenden Roland ist ebenfalls nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal bedanken.

Eine Reise wert

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ca 1,6 km von der Binzer Strandpromenade entfernt, durch ein kleines Waldstück sehr gut zu erreichen. Vom Ferienhaus hört und sieht man den „Rasenden Roland“.... sehr, sehr schön... Nostalgie pur und einfach ein tolles Erlebnis, besonders eine Fahrt mit ihm!!!

Entspannter Urlaub auf Rügen

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, hell und modern, mit allem was man so braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Spaziergang in alle Richtungen. Ob zum Jagdschloss oder zu einer Fahrt mit dem Rasenden Roland, aber auch mit der Bimmelbahn ins Zentrum, es liegt alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall gerne wieder einen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Auch der Brötchen Service war spitze!
