Die Anlage macht einen sehr schönen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern. Die Umgebung ist mit Rad sehr gut zu erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der allgemeine Eindruck war sehr gut und es ist schön, wie modern die Wohnungen hergerichtet wurden. Jeden Tag mit dem Blick aufs Meer zu starten ist einfach traumhaft. Das dazugehörige Parkhaus ist super und erleichtert die Parkplatzsuche. Natürlich sind hier und da ein paar Gebrauchsspuren innerhalb der Wohnung zu erkennen, dennoch ist in Zukunft ein weitere Aufenthalt in der Dündenresidenz geplant.
